myself.md is operated by Isotech, based in the United States. Contact cody@isolated.tech for service, privacy or account questions. These terms apply to the myself.md app and hosted services. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
myself.md helps you export and share data you select from your own devices. Supported data types and availability depend on your device, operating system, account configuration and permissions. The service provides data access, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency monitoring. Do not rely on it for clinical decisions or emergencies.
Your account and permissions
Use accounts, devices and records you own or are authorized to use. Keep your sign-in credentials private. You select the profiles, data types, operating-system permissions and agent grants that authorize access. A connected agent cannot grant itself access. Requests accepted for a phone are not completed captures; an offline device, missing permission or missing records can prevent completion.
Your data and connected services
You retain your rights in your data. You authorize us to store and process the data needed to provide the exports and sharing you request, as described in our privacy policy at https://myself.md/privacy. Hosted exports are encrypted at rest and decrypted for authorized reads. This is not end-to-end encryption.
When you connect an AI service or another export destination, results you authorize are delivered there. That recipient's terms, privacy practices and account settings apply to those copies. Revocation stops future reads but cannot recall information already delivered. Review the recipient's practices before sharing sensitive health or recorded-location data.
Appropriate use
Do not access another person's account or device without authorization, bypass permissions, misuse credentials, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully. Do not submit data you are not permitted to process or share. Do not use the ChatGPT connection to upload protected health information, government identifiers, payment-card data or authentication secrets. The ChatGPT endpoint does not expose captured debug credentials, diagnostic logs, support-message delivery or purchase/upgrade flows.
Availability and allowances
Exports and queries use the current service allowances. Source, device and network availability affect results; results may be incomplete and should be checked against the source when accuracy matters. Existing verified account entitlements apply to the features they include. The ChatGPT plugin does not sell digital products, initiate subscriptions or promote upgrades. Any separate purchase through the phone app uses the terms and price disclosed at the store checkout. These terms do not replace applicable store terms or refund rights.
Revocation and deletion
You can disconnect agents, revoke sharing and delete hosted exports through the available controls. Account deletion removes the account and hosted data when its deletion workflow succeeds; failed cleanup remains pending or failed until it succeeds. Local device files, native source records, backups you hold and copies already delivered elsewhere are handled separately. The privacy policy explains retention, deletion receipts and limited anti-replay/purchase records.
Service changes and ending use
Features may change or be unavailable while we maintain the service. Stop using the service if you no longer wish to use it, and use the deletion controls if you want your hosted account removed. We may restrict access when needed to address abuse, security issues or legal requirements. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
